Hi James, one thing I see in the new ordinance for Arvada has a limit of no more than 5 unrelated guests. 

I would not purchase 3-4 bedrooms townhouses, as they are great for guests, but not for investors in Orlando. 

I would be happy to send a guest pass to come out and meet/network with other local investors.

Can someone clarify the BPCON 2024 guest policy? 

I assume that nervousness came about because some tax-deed sales didn't stand up in court.If anyone knows that current status of this subject (title companies' willingness to work with someone selling a property purchased at a tax-deed sale), I'd be interested in hearing about it!
