All previously cheap outlying areas ( Columbia, Yamhill, Hood) are seeing good appreciation, particularly  on the low end, equal or greater than Portland.  

I've spent the last couple days getting things together for my new business exploits in the Columbia, SC area.

I have been investigating Kansas City, Columbia OH, Indianapolis, and Cleveland.

You get a $20 million warehouse line from Columbia bank.

I keep hearing good things about Columbia and I know some folks from my area who are investing there in Medellin and they have nothing but positive things to say (Now that FARC is pretty much done it's a lot safer and since they had the civil war going on for so long until just recently there is a lot of new opportunity there). 

I am a wholesaler in Columbia, SC.

This could potentially lead to yet more growth in southwestern Columbia County.  

Also @Christopher Bunge is a great investor in Columbia.
