    @Artie Wrightson you're probably going to overpay for anything bought in 29205 or 29206 right now. I think 29209 can be a good value depending on where you buy (i.e. as close to the VA hospital as possible). I'm not a huge fan of 29203 for out of town investors. Don't know enough about 29223 to give advice but @Andrew R. Lucas or @Christopher Bunge may be able to.
