Now, I'm wondering if this is a good opportunity for me to mingle- 500 potential investors at the workshop this wkend- :lol: I met a few interesting people at this setting and would like to thank the forum for suggesting I attend.

Hi I am considering building ADU in San Jose, been to Housing Trust workshop recently to get educated.I believe its viable and worth it but I am part of an HOA and CC&R does restrict usage.Any advice on how to navigate getting HOA approval?

We also often have a monthly workshop with guest speaker towards the end of the month at Freeman Library in Clear Lake.  

Me and my boyfriend are going to Fortune Builders 3 day insiders workshop this weekend Dec 16-18. 

(Maybe you could justify an gym or workshop?) 

There is a landlord workshop and social put on by OQPY featuring mortgage broker Wayne Martin as keynote speaker Thursday January 23rd at college boreal ( Salle Watters) starts 7:00pm.

The presentation really spoke to me and I signed up for a 3-day workshop and various downloadable materials.

The property also had a well on it and a large 1600 square foot workshop.

The three day work shops tell you a lot but you really do not know how to execute anything after words.
