As if planning a destination wedding is not hard enough as it is, can I ask the tenants to move out mid February instead?

The two must-attend meetings are definitely the regular DREIA meetings (3rd Wed) and the BREIA meetings (1st Wed).  

Also, a few properties down they're putting in a large wedding event venue - good for short term rental too.

I have a girlfriend that should be my fiancé (can't afford a ring, much less a wedding)  who wants to start a family (DEFINITELY can't afford that) a mother with hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills (I should be home taking care of her) and deteriorating friendships that I thought would last a lifetime.

Your car breaks down; you want to go to Mexico; your kid needs braces; your buddies want to go to Vegas; you're best man in your brother's wedding; ETC.

Thanks for the support, I often feel late to the party but I can finally focus after kids finished college and weddings.

Holidays, weddings, vacations, weekends in the warm weather etc... all affect the market here.

It will also give us a place to store our new things that we get from our wedding registry.
