I personally think that, ALL THINGS BEING EQUAL, holding forever is the simplest, least stressful path to wealth in RE.But some people, like Joe for example, clearly thrive on the process of recycling, and I suspect the thrill of the hunt.

note that as recent as march of this year, charlie crist nominated an incredibly liberal justice to the supreme court. he had to choose between an incredibly conservative judge (lawson) and an incredibly liberal one (perry). he choose perry.also, in past campaigns, crist was pro-choice and now claims to be pro-life. he voted against a waiting period for abortions (while a legislator) and supports same sex unions.he's also forced through 3 executive orders that would reduce greenhouse emissions, require california-style carbon dioxide monitors on vehicles, and force appliances to meet certain energy standards. all of these were influenced by al gore directly.i dunno tim, do some reading up on crist and you'll see he's pretty liberal. liberal enough for fl liberals to not hate him and for conservatives to cry that he was elected.

Given the high cost of energy and the need to cut/watch expenses renters and buyers should be interested in energy efficient homes. Is anyone marketing green or energy wise homes? If so what is your experience?
