During my time freelancing and trying all sorts of new things, I've found genuine interest and enjoyment in creating digital marketing materials, and it occurred to me that busy real estate agents might have a need for flyers/advertisements to market their listings on social media and the like. 

As this is social media, you'll have an easier time connecting and networking when you have something to offer of yourself.When you have the basics down, come back and ask more detailed closed ended questions.

@Bryan Cress Yes, I've been in law enforcement for 14 years, after 20 I get a bonus $1,100 ish a month from age 50 (if I've retired from the job) until social security kicks in.

If there is an investor's club or social group in your area it will always be worthwhile to join and network.

I find it easier to trust people who have a large public/online presence (active on BP, social media, etc).

@Minilik Addis you can click on "Events" under the network tab here on Bigger Pockets, type in your area and look for groups or you can try searching on Facebook or other social media!

@Gregory Schwartz I'd encourage you to be very present on social media.

Did you invest all of this time and money to be a social worker?

Along with the soy will be; Greater division between rich and poor, social tension etc.
