You and your husband used it for its intended purpose and now you find yourself in what is a completely legitimate situation for a military couple with him deploying and you finding work somewhere else.Unless your loan agreement specifically says you can't rent it out before 1 year, there's no reason to wait an extra couple of months once deployment rolls around and you pursue work elsewhere.

With income producing properties your debt can be offset by rental income (you will need to provide the rental roll).Max number of loans is 10 (hopefully 25 in the near future).

The septic will fend off other investors that don't want to mess with it too.I haven't seen the rent roll but it looks like they are capitalizing both the rent from the park owned homes and the seller financed notes which is a big no, no.
