She is super active with the local BP group and runs a robust Property Management (and investor sales/acquisitions) along the I-4 corridor from Tampa to Orlando to east coast.

They have a robust messaging platform so you can set up the same message flows for bookings that come in off your website.  

They do cost slightly more though, but well worth the extra premium for the more robust coverage.

The BP calculator is great for getting started and learning as you watch Brandon Turner walk through deal analysis, but I would recommend finding a more robust, customizable one.
