As Toby mentioned the CT REIA when you are back home is one of the biggest players out there and is a Guru factory being where Robyn Thompson and the "Fortune Builders" Paul and Than all started.

Again, you're in control because rent to own is in short supply and you dictate the price and terms.When I told my real estate team back in November 2014 that this strategy (Buy at 80% and then rent to own at 110%) is the ideal strategy for the upcoming year, I didn't realize that the bigger players are already doing it.

I can tell you many accountants like myself have clients worldwide.  

Honestly, I have tried this once and did not do well but I have a lot of competition in my city.Just try to get into local meetups about real estate, and there you will learn who the major players are and you can talk to them.

That is where you will meet all of the players in your area of interest (your backyard).  

He is also interested in real estate investing and knows most of the local big players.

My typical partner is mid 30's  wife  2 to 4 kids and is working very hard to get were they want to be... not spending hours on real estate chat sites.. my biggest players really don't even know about this site or if they do never come here.. as I state they are too busy making money and providing for their families.But one thing is for certain there are many very capable and well established investor on this site.... make no mistake about that.

If you want to be serious TK player - you obviously will have to do a lot of initial effort and investment until you become "established TK provider".
