I have been getting some general information on my local REI scene.

We go in the next day, it is 72 degrees in her house, granted it was not a cold day and she also had a space heater running (not allowed per her lease) He looks at heater and said it is running fine, but suggests I get it serviced (yearly) as it will help it to run “smoother” also found two radiators that were not working, so he ordered the parts, which took a week to come in, I made an appointment for service (first available appointment was Dec 19th, which I thought was ok, scene it is not “broken”) and I bought her plastic to put on her windows.

Just numbers on paper.. but if I lived out in your markets I would be doing exactly the same thing.. right now its just a little behind the scene bizz for us

Police must've been having a bad day, because despite recording him & all the texts, also being intoxicated in his truck and proof he was driving intoxicated they said this was all a civil matter and I should have never have mentioned anything about eviction, also that i made him seem more dangerous than what he was to get a police response, which boggles my mind, because how the hell am i supposed to how how dangerous a guy is , he could have a gun and just wants me to come out, the operator said not to engage, and i honestly dont feel safe if theres already some domestic violence situation happening behind scenes.

@Rich Weese - I continue to wonder if we're related -- When he first emerged on the scene (and wasn't completely covered in Tattoos), I was often mistaken for him as I traveled around Los Angeles (and even in Costa Rica).

I enjoy the hunt and getting a deals closed and I think it can be worthwhile to bid on these properties, but I think it's good to be informed about what might be going on behind the scenes.

So I am new to the REI scene and I found pre-foreclosure home for $88k.

In general, the market is quite active with a range of options available for travelers.Portland is a popular tourist destination, known for its vibrant food scene, outdoor activities, and cultural attractions.

I make sure the scene is prepared for them so there is little left to be questioned.
