I don't believe there are any that do what you want.It has something to do with the nature of the ACH transaction....

I like that I can up charge the 3rd party's service for ACH and credit card payments If I choose too.

Usually it only takes a couple of days to receive the ACH deposit. 

Does this include things like ACH"s too?

Get them signed up for an ACH debiting service (ClearNow or erentpayments) that TAKES rent from their account the day they are paid.

You can simply ACH (electronic transfer) money from your HELOC to a checking account so you could make the payments with the HELOC if you had too.
