Good luck, I've heard there are some bills moving through the state legislature to actually increase taxes on business in California since presumably they all have more money from the Federal level cuts.Nothing like living in a totalitarian tax confiscatory state, great way to promote business, innovation and growth.

. :( Thanks for sharing your thoughts I am afraid repairs and new construction is still made up of putting materials together, however, repairs are more uglier due to innovations of "repair" materials, if they are ripping the build materials, and replacing the same, it should be fine.

Thank you for clearing this up,John FedroMight see my post, you're correct, using a trust isn't illegal, but using a trust to circumvent the DF Act doesn't fly, as no scheme or method or innovation may be used to circumvent the intentions of the Act.
