First Home purchase

In Nov 2004 I purchased my first home in the Belair-Edison neighborhood of Baltimore City. The home had potential and was a great starter house to learn on. My friend stayed and helped pay rent. With a little elbow grease, pointers from experienced friends and a great realtor, the house sold in Aug 2007 at the height of the market. I was lucky to catch a wave and escape the crash. I walked away with biggerpockets and a new fascination with the world of real estate.
