I have one SFR that's doing great.I am about to be homeless and have the opportunity to buy a beautiful new home in the perfect location.

He start raising his voice saying ...I'm telling him to make his friends homeless.  

Some homeless people I've chatted with have said that Orlando is a very superficial place. 

It looks like I'll be "homeless" for a little over a week.

A laydown area for a construction company that needs space to store their trucks and stuff, especially if there is a near by construction project.Parking for a construction site that is near by and needs to bus in workers.A homeless camp.

Other than  a homeless person moving in,  not really...  

In our case, we are restricted to leasing the property to individuals that have the past in mental illness or/and homelessness.

Rent control usually ends with less affordable housing and doesn't help the true needy -- homeless.   

High crime, homeless, drugs will be living right by you once you cross over us 19. 

Doing so could put you at risk of creating your own 'project" and things can get out of hand very quickly.Perhaps a better approach would be to contact various agencies such as the Homeless (housing is healthcare is huge across the country), or agencies that have programs to help those with disabilities, etc. as almost all of these tenants come with counselors and the rents are usually higher then Section 8.Best of luck!
