Mind you, I come from a ghetto part of town, but with the incentive of making money of adoption (you do get paid monthly to adopt children, at least here) don't you think the lower class "ghetto" would be the people striving most to adopt add twisted sexual fantasy, and pedophile can practically window shop for his next victim.

It got pretty bad, even with gentle reminders to pick up, there was little or no response. 

If you buy a gently used older car with low miles, you can avoid most of the depreciation.

When a Farmer grows and prunes a Fruit tree, if that Tree could speak it would cry out because of all the twisting and pulling and snipping.

Sheisty  individuals, and in some cases organizations, who twist, manipulate, and take advantage of the system and loopholes therein are the main problem.

AWSOME food if you don't mind the sickening twists and turns on the drive to get there.

But if that inflation was a gentle increase (not like what happened in the 70's), then after a time lag RE starts to reflect the added cost of living, as rents go up as a result of inflation.

I know I hate them.. but I get to travel almost every month.. so I am not sitting here day in  day out.The best weather for me in the world is North Bay Area .. enough rain to keep it green and nice vineyards.. but no humidity and 3 seasons. as winter is gentle..
