Most people will not foot the bill, usually in the $3-5K range, to tear down a Mobile.. move it.. and then set it back up.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me when the REIC meet times are, and where in the west Michigan area (Grand Rapids, Muskegon) as I'm looking to connect with like minded individuals who's been in the game a while and can help me get off on the right foot.

. $125 and some foot work and we would have an answer.The seller has a mortgage recorded only a few years back and we estimate they owe $126k, they are selling for $149k.

By comparison a shower tub has well over a foot of overlap so you get much less leaking.

Yes you are right my plan is to save a minimum 60k per yr to invest and I think that will give me good footing.
