Behind my house being I have two entrances for my home are mobile homes.

The basement currently has one exterior entrance as well as an egress window, but I’m not sure if it would need another entrance.

It also has a separate entrance and a washer/dryer. 

The stairs lead directly to 3-4 bedroom/bathroom entrances, and there is no "wasted" hallway space on the first or second floor:Today, if you wanted a modern floorplan you could have something like this:Or this:My take: all hallways are essentially wasted space, and most floor plans being built today are not very good.

Hi Marshall, Chapelle and Creekwood Chappelle has been growing like crazy, now the 41 AVE its open and it connects to the Airport so fast and conveniently, also that area is gonna have lots of retail in the short future.People are buying small duplexes with LEGAL Basements with separate entrances and furnished them for almost nothing and get $1200 monthly + the top usually $1800+ so you can get $3000.

Lots of barriers, lots of systems, but could be very rewarding financially and able to enable young professionals to live closer to employee entrance and save a ton of money.

I have built a $10MM entrance pavilion on a federal courthouse, a $37MM brand new elementary school, and I am working on a $4 Billion dollar new airport. 

I paid a security deposit in December to hold a 2-bedroom private entrance basement during the month of January and move in date on February 1st and then would pay the 1st month rent starting that date.

Either having this as all part of 1 house or creating a 2nd entrance and making it a apartment/ aduMy thought process is this house is a 3/2 1600sqft for 289k.

It also has a separate entrance.
