Mobile homes, owner financing, and the land to go with it

Deals seem harder and harder to come by everyday in the wake Forest and Raleigh area. So what do we do? Sometimes that great deal is right in front of your face!

So I live in a nice area of Wake Forest right near Thompson rd. Behind my house being I have two entrances for my home are mobile homes. So me and my wife want to control the growth of my area and quality by buying all the properties near us.

I ran a skip trace and found out most of it was owned by a guy. I reached out to him and started the negotiations. It was tough, very tough. In the end we both found a deal that met his needs and mine as well.

So what’s the deal Patrick quit teasing us like a prom date!

Owner financing at $2,000 a month interest only for 6 months

Down payment of $10,000

Purchase price of $285,000

It’s 4 acres of land with 4 mobile homes, one mobile home on rented land. Total of 5 homes! Wake Forest is a fantastic area, we plan in the next couple years to tear down the mobile homes and build houses on them! It helps I’m a licensed contractor.

What I’m trying to put out is that sometimes it’s best to look at your own neighborhood
