I would recommend fully filling out your profile and adding a picture (it really enhances interaction and networking).

Although theses things don't need to be fixed I believe it would greatly enhance the qualtiy of living for tenants.

For me personally, its much more likely I'll be laying on the couch watching "Dexter".It worries me you say you're "picky".
