I would like to read any and all of the books listed on this site. Before I order these books I wanted to find out if any one read them and would be willing to lend them. I would not label this as being cheap, just frugal. I would like to read all of them but most interested in the book on flipping houses. if not willing to lend I would be willing to buy a used copy.

Nothing wrong with being frugal. How about going to your local library? There are tons of resources and books you can borrow for free. 

Some of the recommended ones might be there as well.
