I have looked at existing parks, but I wanted to do something a bit more upscale and with a consistent theme, buildings, colors, etc... so I figure it'd be better to start from scratch.

Paint is usually pretty easy, I recommend using the same color for all of your units.

I don't throw darts in the dark hoping it hits something.I calculate and design and tweak my lead inflow.

It is unusual and because it is not my property, I am a bit in the dark as well.

Once the dark spot is cleaned you simply roll it back up and lay it back in the room and tack it down ,then spray some air freshener around , stick a “for rent “sign in the front yard like a boss !

Seem like with an agent who might hold all offers and upload it once you are mostly in the dark?
