Occasionally, I speak with investors who prefer additional language stating what would happen in a scenario where they find their own property.Does your buyer agreement specify what happens if you find a seller directly?

Many items were completely unnecessary which I stressed to RL, but after a couple of conversations it became clear they did not want to budge, which made me fire them.

Maybe I would be making more money off it if I did but I prefer to be upfront, it’s not easy. 

These might be middle-of-the-funnel leads or top-of-the-funnel, but they have had success from a couple of people.

I just saw a couple more of his other SFR's going to Auction in November. 

We plan to update a couple of the units, and two of the current tenants' leases expire at the end of the month.

My experience is that these issues coupled with love turn good tenants into bad tenants.  

Chances of all going to zero are slim but just my personal preference.

My preferred lender for all of my clients is a broker and everyone likes having more flexibility with him.
