We bought a competitor 2 years ago what was doing the same in Buildium. 

@Brett Hennessy I use them for primary and the SFH in our portfolio, but residential multifamily they have consistently over quoted compared to competitors.

It will help your listing stand out in photos from your competitors.  

Plus with Facebook's ad transparency, you can look at all your competitors ads anyway :) Glad you found the thread useful!

Being in a location where you have a pool and your competitors do not will be incredibly lucrative for you.

@Gerardo Hernandez I didn’t tell you to do this... but swipe the photos and post a listing on Facebook marketplace at the rent amounts that would mathematically make sense.
