Apple is moving into RTP (w/ a temporary set up at the MetLife bldg in Cary) and Google will be in Downtown Durham with plans for a permanent campus elsewhere, but likely RTP. 

The smartest way to purchase a luxury car is through a lease.  

But depending on what your goals are, areas like Cary, parts of Durham, and even other parts of Chatham county are great buy and hold opportunities. 

Hi Are there any REI clubs around the cary nc,apex nc,Raleigh nc area?

We have a lease on undeveloped land in the Cary area, signed when it was booming in 2005, and the owner wants to increase the lease renewal fee, although as best I can tell doing research from here in CA, land values in the area have decreased, outside the city limits.Anyone familiar with development in the area?

. $20k of that is federal student loans which i have just applied for a consolidation loan on. my car payment is the real killer, since i had filed chapter 7 in 2003 my interest rate on the car is 18% , i owe about $8500 on the car and tried to refinance it at a lower rate but with my low credit score (580) nobody wants to touch it.
