Eh, I think you highly overestimate the locals desires for all those things... just as many of them wish they oil people would pack up and leave so the cost of milk returns to normal, the traffic disappears, and they can actually get into their favorite restaurant again.

Moving this strategy to a thrid party with an option to repurchase the lien to "milk" the equity or income will likely be viewed in the same light.

If I could go back in time, I would of done a short form new kitchen and bath and skim coated the existing walls.
