My family is my priority in life and I want to be there at all times to go to the first dentist appointment with my 2 year old daughter, go to her sporting events when she gets a little older, spend a week hiking in the mountains with my wife, and just enjoying life with my family without the stress of an everyday 9-5 job.  

But you do have some quality culture, good food, pro sports, solid economy, etc.

We are changing our business model and focusing more on school and sports photography, which means we do not need all of the space we currently have.

Sports teams are good besides the browns which brings a lot of people downtown.  

The best places to target are college towns and seasons with year around sporting events such as DFW, Austin, etc. 

Like any new participate to the sport, I begin my journey researching the ins and outs, and both inquiring and conversing with those who where either currently or “once was” in real estate industry.

Not so much.I wonder if you could advertise with the local sports teams (Little League, etc.).  

Well after learning more about DTI and looking over my financials more carefully I decided to hold off until I could reduce my debt and get rid of my expensive sports car payment.

Those vehicles wont really need parking, and they would be networked so that cars could be moved into and out of neighborhoods or areas of high demand, ie a bunch of cars /buses could be ready to pick up people after a movie or a concert or sporting event.
