I've heard about how helpful the forums are and wanted to try posting my situation on here for some tips and guidance.I'm just starting my investing journey and my friend informed me of a house in my area that is about to go to Foreclosure. 

BP is starting a site dedicated toward syndications.  

I am looking to come in on the 4th though so I can do some scuba diving and site seeing as this will be my 1st time in Cancun.If interested in room hacking and we seem to get off on the right foot, I can look into converting it to a two bed room.I am an IT Manager for the day to day.

well when you compare to what 90% of investors at least on this site do is buy rental houses or apartments..

This should help you because you will get told that they all will help you, but next week, they will be working on a new group of agents.Pro tip: Cloud brokerages and some big box brokerages (eXp, Real, KW) operate a downline model, so many people who "recruit" you to join their excellent brokerages are just adding you to their downline.

I’m listening to the podcast and doing research analysis of houses and other stuff has, if anyone has tips or anything that I should do or like what I should plan, I’m open to learn
