Yes, right now I am inspired and hyped after reading and listening to so much great content, but that will die down once I'm in my training program focusing passing exams and evolutions.

When I see that you come in with those issues mentioned above fully and properly addressed, where I can have confidence in the deal outside your hype, elevator pitch, with  your estimates being valid, having a good grasp of RE, the basics involved, you're going to leave with a loan commitment!

i did walk away with a lot of good knowledge ... but theres a bit too much hype in the boot camps for me (as measured by getting 25% of the room to rush to the back to sign up for the next bootcamp or another guru's product) he IS a good pitchman and IMHO sells hope as much as information. dave built his business from nothing and knows the apartment business ... he is also an entrepreneur and makes no excuse for charging a premium of his materials. you could learn what he teaches on BP, but the reality is it would take longer, you would have to invest more time, and learning on a forum is a meandering process.  

California is an intimidating market for newbies like myself, everyone you know in Real Estate buys into the urban legends of "you can't make money in this market" hype going around unless you have lot's of CASH or A-perfect CREDIT and sometimes, the testimonials you read about contribute as well because they are short on them from this State for some reason.

Chapter 1 - 30,40 or however many chapters are in it filled with a bunch of hype, glory and up selling techniques.

It is %99 hype and easily draws you in. 

The other two have so much hype but don't deliver specially on the basic stuff.

I believe if you listen to the library of podcasts, read the information you can gather from the learn section you can avoid being taken advantage of from some of the hype programs that are offered.

I thought it was a lot of hype and "this is easy" and had a "get rich quick" feel.

Look at all the hype from Tony Hsieh going downtown revitalizing and then where vacancy rates are in the multi fam in the area.
