This was about all I could handle while still trying to work full time and keep up with homework.I believe they offer a shorter course - 8 hours per day as well.Once you pass the agent course, you must now take the broker course since EVERYONE in Indiana is now a broker.The broker course is very easy compared to the first course.I hope that helps.

For 51K you can make realy big mistakes (and learn from it), or you can hire a professional investor for one day a week for al whole year.When you send that much money, I am still not sure you will learn anything from it.

Employers deal with it every day as do restaurants, hotels ... and landlords.

THere is a new expert popping up every day, a new podcast, a new guru building credibility (or attempting to) in subtle but dubious ways.

Also there are constantly new properties being built every day as well.
