I'm former Navy and now am an at-home mom of a 3y/o and 6-month-old.

I have only just recently met the first other person who thinks like me (Aside from my wife of course)Anyway, quick about me, I have been in the Navy for the last six years and I am going to be moving to Dallas at the end of the year to settle my family. 

I figured that because of the Navy bases, both Bremerton and Port Angeles would be fairly stable, economically at least, with a steady need for rentals for the people who work in industries that support the military.

Hi,Newbie here trying to get into REI and looking into Connecticut.The Navy is transferring me out to Groton, CT soon and I'm planning on house hacking a multifamily.Are their any investors that have had good or bad experience in the Groton, New London area?

I did this with my son who is in the Navy and he had a low 700 score around 4 months after his 18th bday.Hope that helps.
