@Terry FoxIn Cape Coral boats can be stored in the back yard (fenced or not) and have to be behind the rear plane of the home, not overlapping into the side yard.

Well Charlton lets make this decision a little more simple.Lets take the investment part of the equation and lock it in a box (for now).Leaving us with the work portion of the equation.So lets say you are on the main street near your home, and you want to have a 2nd job.There are 4 busineses that are hiring, and you will work there for at least 7 years.Business 1 = STR; Business 2 = MTR; Business 3 = LTR; Business 4 = A Union job making bolts to bolt the rear bumpers onto Ford F-150's (hey it's Michigan those kind of things happen there).(#4 was added to give 1,2 and 3 some real world perspective on the WORK end of this vs the I want to build generational wealth desires a lot of people have.)Which job would you rather do for 7 years....Me I like LTR only--it is my passion.Good Luck!
