Purchase price and actual location would be nice :) If it’s a condo that actually allows STR then the mortgage will be “non-warrantable” which brings a whole other mess of worms that are possible to navigate but it’ll make your profits go down pretty quick.

I'm going to figure out a color coding system, perhaps with different symbols on the map as well to indicate whether it warrants further diligence, and whether I've seen it, driven past it, or only seen the listing.
