I now have 5 bedrooms that I uses for traveling nurses. @ 850.00 per room and I'm all booked up. 

Moreover, most of the people living in these areas drive 30 minutes per day to downtown Houston and Houston Medical Center.  

My boyfriend is a travel OT and I work remotely.

@Michael Joseph Allen II, why not get one of those little houses in the medical district or Heart of Lubbock that has a separate apartment on the lot.

@Theo Hicks Thank you, sir, for that excellent list.Just in keeping with the thread, is there anything that you have found in your travels and deals, that you wish you had known about when you were just starting out that perhaps wasn't easily found or referenced somewhere?

Especially when the same company is advertising for investors to meet face to face when they travel to California - the land of the out of state investor! 

I have considered any and every expense associated with the project, including credit card/paypal fee's, credit card interest payments, travel expenses.

A lot of the newer 4-Plex in areas such as the Medical Center come with higher Purchase prices compared to the Rental Income.  

Travelling contractors is who I rent to. 

I am doing everything virtual for now while I travel with the military, so honestly any title company thats works nation wide would be good.
