Is this a gurus scam or a legit investor wanting to help?

i just wonder after my experience with broken promises and committments if it is a scam or not.you decide what is best for you but before my head hits a pillow tonight the BBB will have heard from me.

If I'm not mistaken that's from a multi-level-marketing scam, Renatus. 

If folks are well off enough to pay 3 months rent up-front they can afford to live in a hotel for a weekend while they find somewhere that fits their needs.In this particular case (especially with mentioning "disabled veteran" which is very common in scams), I imagine they'll pay the 3 months, then just before move-in date will request a partial refund because work transferred them out of the country, and after you do so their check will bounce and you'll be out a ton of $$$.

I feel like the sites that ask you to sign up and pay a membership fee for a list of lenders come with the scam artists as well.Looking forward to speaking with some of you.Thanks all,ER ESTATES LLC

If they ask you for large sums of money upfront (like over $2,000) then be aware as it maybe a scam. 

For those who are scamming the system they are going to make it much harder for those who really need them.

Is it a scam?

If owner thought it was 6 yrs, and you can't prove he was trying to scam you, there is no lawsuit here.
