If I'm assuming correctly the attorney has a very important role here so wouldn't they be the the most cost effective point to at least start off with?

We have some local attorneys that can perform this role, but I am worried they'll run the meter and provide poor value to investors in a workout situation.

So we could (I want to now) restructure the relationship with more defined roles and responsibilities. 

Jinyu, I was a contractor prior to my current role as a broker and still do that kind of stuff on the side.

In the long run I wouldn't make a stink about things like this everytime, but I find it a good exercise to understand options for when a bigger dispute may surface.
