Luckily here, but the time I'm done renovation we will be heading into the spring market - so that should fair better for marketThe other tenant dropped a bomb on me and told me he bought a house.

Where my market is, STR is definitely slower in the winter time.

The goal is to ensure that the property remains viable even if circumstances change, like dealing with a non-paying tenant or a market downturn.

We both got lucky that the market stayed hot and allowed us to exit.
