My simple advice: don't do it.You can still create a 3-way property management LLC to simplify logistics of operation, but I recommend that your properties remain on their respective Sch E, and each owner formally hires the LLC as the manager, including a PM agreement and a monthly fee charged.I suspect that your primary motivation is to build a business credit and secure blanket financing.
