You're being asked to pay $3000 to learn lending from a man that has zero formal credit background, lost his professional license in AZ, and who didn't even get into real estate until 2011...so he's never been through a downturn.

We are also waiving all late fees as a courtesy.

I have a great base of knowledge, I have a real estate license in Idaho and an Insurance license in Utah.

Hey, I am interested in starting wholesaling in IL and found out that there is a law "preventing" wholesalers from doing business without a broker's license.

Since I have been a student for the last 16 years and just recently graduated, I don't yet have a full time career in place meaning my income is subpar as I work towards receiving my Ontario Real Estate License.

@Rich Emery if you're not EXTREMELY organized, you'll spend every day with your "hair on fire", making critical mistakes that cost your clients - and you'll get burnt out.Don't forget to research the licensing requirements of PMCs.
