I've run into multiple areas of trouble, and I'm starting to see gray in my hair but not in my will.

It's not easy removing cast dander and hair.

Before that you're just running around with your hair on fire wondering why you ever got started!

I never thought about the beveled edges reducing chips but I did wonder about water as the bevels expose a hair of the core...but a little swelling there would not be as noticeable as on a square edge.

That I didn't look like my picture (sorry, but I was cleaning the unit all day and didn't wear make-up and had my hair in a ponytail). 

Another thought was to keep one of the units with the walls and just upfit it for a Salon and then rent out each room separately to hair dressers, nail business, massage business, tanning business, etc.

After pulling my hair out trying to figure out what to do in this situation on my own, I figured I'd reach out to a community of people who have been there and done that.

There's no affirmative duty upon the parties to resolve it informally and the tenant's demand is usually seen as an attempt to resolve.
