Now, you as a landlord maybe the nastiest racist white trash on the planet, or you maybe the most even handed Democrat voting metrosexual attempt of a man, if you disregard the eviction record of two white tenants, how do you justify denying the third application from a black man that was evicted at some point?

I understand it only takes a few bad apples to ruin the entire industry, but most of the time the grass is not greener on the other side.  

There's not a species of mold on this planet that won't be killed by chlorine bleach.
