We've had several weeks of snow storms/ice/ freezing (unusual for the area) and it's kept the PM's crew busy just dealing with all that for the properties they manage in addition to mine.

If you have any reason to think you have been or may be a victim of identity theft then consider freezing you Credit.

Hide it from yourself if need be... freeze it in a block of ice....something.Right after you set up two monthly bills to autopay from your credit card, then turn around and set up your credit card to be automatically paid the monthly balance from your bank account.

Investment real estate debt is long term, relatively low percentage, and can have very favorable terms depending on what you're buying.Right now I see the biggest risks being insufficient reserves and long-term eviction freezes, for those markets that will implement them.

Sort of a price freeze type.

I am NOT a tax payer fan,I am not on the roles,,but for darn sure want it NOT to happen,,,only way would be to FREEZE valuations,which I dont think is possible.
