I think the logic behind all of it pretty fascinating and I find myself coming up with all sorts of hypotheticals I want to throw out into the world, and thought I'd start here. 

It’s fascinating to me how the long term wealth and returns this industry provides supersedes literally almost any profession.

Just like the morris homes if they have not really been rehabbed people have already lost 75% of their investment because that's all the property is worth.. they can try to rehab again.. but why.. these properties 90% are beyond economic or funcitional life.Another terrible, but fascinating read.
