Solar panels and a clean grid combined with heat pumps is 100% renewable whereas oil gas and propane are destroying our planet at an ever-increasing clip.

Appraisal is also not a good determining factor in valuing the property since its not exposed to the market, so dont put too much weight in it.

I wouldnt expose myself to that.

@Cameron PhilgreenI’ve thought about this too, and then I realized how quickly Turo changing its terms of use exposes you to risk.Since I started doing it with a 2015 Forester that I don’t drive very often, I’ve grossed about 200 / month... less than I thought but better than nothing.During that time, they’ve changed their terms of use twice!

A mobile lot with utilities in (water, good septic, electrical hookup, and propane tank or natural gas connection) and a dilapidated pre-HUD mobile will bring $30,000-$45,000.
