I travel the country and work in 12 markets personally.. in some markets were are seeing this in others I drive around and realize the inventory is endless.. however end of the day you always have the hoarders you always have the folks that can't manage personal credit.. and or people that pass away.. and kids just want to sell the home.. on the retail end I always find Aug.. to be a pretty slow month as families getting settle for school etc have already done their shopping in june and july.
