In my opinion, those are the two most important financial statements you'll want to track.In addition, if you're going to be doing multiple projects (or holding multiple rentals) at once, you'll want some way to project cash-flow, as (in my opinion) not property forecasting cash-flow is the biggest threat to the success of most new investors.
