I’m in leesburg va I own 5  houses currently including mine in leesburg Ashburn and one in Clarke county I stopped real estate in 2013 and have been doing stock investing and some crypto, since but still manage the properties here i like that the values rise but also cash flowCurious what other investors are doing as I love growth but I also like the monthly checks coming in , tempting to cash out some stocks and buy another property in Reston or Herndon as things gradually get back to normal

It's a little tougher right now because the US dollar is strong compared to other currencies so you will find less small to medium institutions looking to invest in the US.

There may be a limited time to offer informed commentary on landlording.For example, it is hard to have  the capital or interest when too young and challenging to have the interest, energy and currency to comment when too old....When I hit ten years of active, hands on landlording, I had all types of tenants, several types of properties and transactions, then I began to share, knowing in another ten years or so I might not have the energy to comment or even  be on the way out (be it selling, owner financing, or farming out management).

He does have a lot of friends who are working with/for Wall Street Fund managers, real estate, new crypto creators, and of course, other doctors as well.However, I guess the important factor we agree on is that he doesn't have experience in real estate himself, only hearing information from other people.
