Make sure trash containers  have lids,, dog food is not left outside,, You could live trap but you have to check daily and remove them to a area a few miles away.

So, it would be nice if they had a way of having a 'receipt storage' or container to house your receipts that you can call for later to allocate (I currently just use a album in my photo library) and EVEN BETTER idea is if it was smart enough to scan the text on the receipts and be smart enough to ask you 'would you like to apply this receipt' to this expense as it posts to the account and notifies to allocate.

If I was offering 8% to my investors, I doubt they would invest, considering that you can easily have a higher return in the US while taking much less risk.I imagine that your concept of container homes is new and unproven and that therefore you don't want to promise returns that are too high in case you couldn't deliver them.Also, don't you think that there are better places in Mexico for the container homes.

In states where no licenses are available in residential, work then he/she needs to provide a Certificate of Insurance, containing all of your liabilities and coverages (and I would include worker's comp in there as well).
