They are great borrowers and they love real estate.Unfortunatly they were also pretty nieve about the socio demographics of the US> many of them thought that they could buy a 30k property and that the tenant would be exponentially like any other tenant and they would get their rent and cash flow as a Turn key passive investor sitting 6k miles away.

@Walter Jimenez I am not as much of an expert on the lending side but I LOVE renting out to travel nurses.

Winter Garden is a real catch – a bit higher in price but oozing with community spirit and charm.

While I started out with RE investing I have taken alot of my cashflow from RE and put it in the stock market to diversfy, I absolutely love RE investing for alot of the reasons mentioned.
