Also, since it is in Denver County, you could have the neighbor fill out a noise complaint or call 311, and then the City of Denver inspector can send someone to talk to your tenant/send a letter and maybe that would get him to calm down.

@Lawrence Fiero, it is important to remember that, although mostly made up of hard working individuals, police are NOT attorneys...but often try to play one on the scene as a way to calm the situation.Contact your attorney and proceed as needed.
